Lo-Quality Hunter: And It Was Such A Nice Stick…
by lqwow on May.13, 2010, under Hunter
Tonight we continued with our ICC 10 run. So we start where we left off, getting our heads handed to us by Saurfang in heroic mode. Since we had a slightly different raid group, we decided to do a modified tactic.
Lo-Quality Hunter: Where Has All the Fish Feasts Gone?
by lqwow on May.12, 2010, under Hunter
Since we hadn’t done an ICC raid for a few days, it gave me a little time to go and fish for the ingredients for Fish Feasts. Usually I stock up enough to get two full stacks of feasts. This time, I actually got a little more and went into ICC with 56 feasts sitting in my bags. My bags are probably going to smell funny for weeks…
Lo-Quality Paladin: Slow and Steady
by lqwow on May.10, 2010, under Paladin
Been in sort of a dry spell in terms of raids. I probably should have been using that time to restock my Hunter up. I’ve only been doing the dailies for gold but that’s sort of used as a reserve by all my characters. But since I’ve had time off and on for the past couple of months, I really started working on my Paladin.
Lo-Quality Hunter: Out-of-Sync, Out-of-Luck
by lqwow on May.07, 2010, under Hunter
Last night I actually was put on to the raid team. Since nobody had remembered to extend the raid-ID from last week, they started with a “clean” instance. They had managed to clear the Lower Spire and Festergut, which is the point we started.
Lo-Quality Hunter: A Quick Icecrown Citadel Tour, Pt. 3
by lqwow on May.06, 2010, under Hunter
Another quiet non-raiding night for me. The raid group decided to run some new people through ICC and since one of the in-guild hunter’s was already going along they asked me to sit. Really didn’t mind, there’s nothing that I want to buy using the Emblems of Frost you get and while there was maybe one or two drops that I could still use, it was more important to run the new people through to learn the fights. And since nothing else was happening, let’s continue my little tour of ICC from a hunter’s point of view, covering the Frostwing Halls and The Frozen Throne.
Lo-Quality Hunter: A Quick Icecrown Citadel Tour, Pt. 2
by lqwow on May.05, 2010, under Hunter
Continuing a hunter’s view on Icecrown Citadel and the boss fights. Today we’ll take a jaunt through the Plagueworks and the Crimson Hall. If you’re looking for strategy, you’re not really going to get it here. Better, more eloquent players talk about such things elsewhere, you mainly get my little pieces of the fights.
Lo-Quality Hunter: A Quick Icecrown Citadel Tour, Pt. 1

Since I havn’t been posting the past few months, there’s nothing here about our first forays into the Icecrown Citadel. The slow progression as we slowly got to the point that clearing the first four bosses, those on the Lower Spire, became commonplace. Our first demented tries against those of the Plagueworks. The confusion we felt as we first took on the Crimson Hall. Our triumph as we finally blasted through the Frostwing Halls. And the coolness of facing against the Lich King. So instead of going through all that, I’ll instead take you on a brief tour of the place, the bosses and my usual role for them. And since I’m not really explaining the fights, you should read up on them or experience them yourself or I won’t make any sense at all. Lo-Quality WoW: As Last Scene on Lo-Quality WoW

As stated in my personal blog, life got complicated suddenly for me last year when I suddenly found myself laid-off from work. World of Warcraft wasn’t as important anymore and the software I had been writing in was Mac-specific, and I didn’t have personal Mac computers. But now, I have a new job that I’ve settled in to and I’ve installed this blog to a WordPress build, so I’ll slowly get back in to the swing of things here.
